Plastic Package Development
We are established with one-stop shopping of blow molding and, injection molding to provide package development including bottle, closure, label, boxes, thermoformed articles and corrugated of the complete package.
Our design studio and Industrial Designers can provide a wide array of package design, renderings and 3-D files from category correct to imaginatively creative.
We can then provide the files to see the package from all angles and views. These files can be manipulated to improve the character of the design to meet Brand Objectives and develop tool paths for tooling.
We can evaluate and do performance compliance on HDPE, PP, PVC, PET, Multi-Layer and coatings for distribution survival; humidity, temperature, vertical load, drop impact, stress cracking, bulging, crazing, closure/bottle finish leakage, weight loss, discoloration, altitude, organoleptic (food) and other behavioral changes as required.
Our labs assure compliance with all ASTM, SPI, CPSC, DOT/UN, F&DA and Hazardous Materials as Federal Regulations and industry specifications are recommended or required.
